Today has been all about tomatoes! Mission accomplished........we have salsa! :) I made a batch while the kids were at school and Heidi helped me with a batch after supper tonight. We'll have to get some chips tomorrow and put it to the test. :)
The kids are adjusting wonderfully to school! Heidi had a few rough days right at first, but is doing SO much better! I'm so happy......whew! :)Have a Happy Tuesday!

So glad the kids...and especially Heidi (rough age) are doing well at school. Those tomatoes and most especially that hot sauce looks awesome! You should post the recipe for it on your blog and share with all of us!!!
I would love to have your salsa recipe! I have a number of "mators" that a neighbor gave to me and I would very much like to make some home-made salsa! :)
