I probably should have started a list like this years ago! I will try to link this post to my sidebar. I'm going to start a running list of little things my kids say that I don't want to forget. I have recorded a lot of these things here on the blog, but this way I'll have them all in one place. :) I may go back in time as well and try to record some little things from the past that I can remember too.
4/3/11 updating this again and am noticing a trend with who these are all about. ;)
*Isaac age 8: The kids are at Grandma and Grandpa Dick's house right now. It's Spring Break...yay!! We just talked to the kids on the phone. We asked Isaac how church was and he said "I was like a rock star. Everyone surrounded me and wanted to shake my hand" bwahahahaha!! He is such a hoot!
*Isaac age 7: Isaac: Mom how do you spell 'they'?
Mom: T-H-E-Y
Isaac: Wow! You spelled it with and "E" and not an "A"....that's right! Very good job, Mom!
Mom: Why Thank you!
Isaac: You're Welcome.
*Isaac age 7: "Dad!! You embarrass me!!!! Old people aren't supposed to take their shirts off!!"
*Isaac age 7: At our bedside during the night....."I didn't have a bad dream. I just needed some company"...bless his heart!!
