**911**

I was awoken from my slumber at about 1 am this morning by a little body squirming and groaning at the foot of my bed. It was my little man Isaac. As I attempted to clear the cobwebs from my head and figure out what was happening I heard loud and clear "I think I need to throw up!" I grab his arm and we were off, but sadly did not make it to our destination in time. :( He stood startled looking down at the contents of his tummy on the floor and said "I'm not hungry" Of course, I HAD to chuckle at that.......remember me the one that laughs at inappropriate times! After we stood over the potty for a few minutes to make sure that the deed was indeed done, I got him to the couch with bucket in tow and he exclaimed "I THINK WE NEED TO CALL THE AMBULANCE" Ha Ha Ha!!!! It took some doing, but I was able to reassure him that Mom has it under control. As I heard the words coming out of my mouth reassuring him I was thinking in my head perhaps calling the ambulance would not be a bad idea.....they could clean up the mess that was waiting for me in the other room! ;) Then came the realization that he likely would not be going to school today and the crocodile tears commenced. :( After lots of hugs and lovin' and sympathizin' with my boy he says "Well, since I can't go to school and I am sick can I watch 11 shows then" lol!!
" Maybe not 11, but you can watch some tv AFTER you try to get some sleep" Remember it was only 1 am. So, I'm sitting here with my boy watching Blue's Clues this morning.

Love,
Wendy

chuckling and sympathizing!

Poor Momma!

Poor Isaac!

Hope you're getting GOBS of snuggles in today!

I always make a "sick house"

complete w/ easily washed blankets as a "bed" and 3 containers, depending on how he's sitting..and we do NOT leave the area - lol.

no furniture..no walking around w/o mom :-)

anywho - prayers for healing in your house!

OPEN THE WINDOWS!

GET THE LYSOL!

wink
