Just a few snippets from the past several days. Heidi's friend Samantha spent the night on Friday night. They went to a movie (Tom and I actually shot down the PG 13 movie that they were wanting to go see.....ugh!!..these movies are NOT fit for 13 year olds!!...decided instead on Alvin and the Chipmunks...nice compromise huh?! lol!) and then came back here and did what 14 year old girls do.....talk, giggle, talk, giggle, talk, giggle etc! Needless to say they weren't moving too quickly the next morning. When they finally made it out amongst the living Isaac said, "Hello Lovely Ladies" LOL!! What a crack up he is!
Heidi is our official family chocolate chip cookie maker! When she was about 9 Tom actually paid her to keep him supplied with chocolate chip cookies! LOL!! I can't remember exactly how much he paid her, but let me tell ya it was worth the cash because she has them perfected and they are just mouth watering!!! So, Isaac was moping around here on Monday during the day while the kids were at school asking WHEN would Heidi make some more cookies?! Of course he was saying that she NEVER makes them, which is not true! LOL!! Much to Isaac's dismay Heidi was too busy on Monday night to make the cookies, but she didn't let him down last night. Here he is waiting....not so patiently! ;)

Something to tide him over while he waits!

"Isaac they're done!! YUMMY....mouth watering I'm tellin' ya!" :) Thank You Heidi!!! It's not just Isaac that enjoys them! ;)

Another story about my little stinker....depending on his mood, when we are walking into a place he will say, "I'm going to be shy in here". He has it all planned out before hand. He did it this morning. We went to playgroup. We were walking in and he said, "I'm going to be shy in here" and he was! It's turned into a bit of a game between us. When he says this I will tell him that he's NOT shy........and he will say with that silly little grin.."oh, yeeeeeeeees I am" Luckily, it is always short lived. He acts silly standing behind me for just a bit and then he's off playing!
One more photo of Darth Jacob doing his homework the other night. This just really tickled my funny bone. How in the world can he even see his paper! LOL!! ...and all official with his clipboard that Tom gave him too. lol! I'm NOT complaining though......as long as he's doing his homework willingly and happily he can be Darth Jacob all day long!! These kids just brighten my days!

Hope you are having a happy Wednesday!
Love,
Wendy
