Cathleen Update

Tom and I went to see Cathleen in the hospital tonight and she is doing great!! She was her normal Cathleen self and it just did my heart good to see for myself that she is ok! :) She's ready to go home now, but she still needs to stay in the hospital for a few more days. She will be doing some physical therapy. Mom, it's her left side that was affected and not her right, which is good since she is right handed. She has trouble holding a glass with her left hand, but she has been up and walking around with a walker........yay Cathleen!! :) They moved her out of ICU today into a regular room. She said that the night she came to the hospital and they put her in ICU she asked them if she would have a tv there. They told her that she would. She then asked them if she would have a remote and be able to change her own channels. They assured her that she would. She was so relieved that she would not have to miss the first episode of American Idol!! Ha Ha Ha!! They all got the biggest kick out of that....here she is having just suffered a stroke and she is worried about missing American Idol!! LOL!! Thank You Lord for taking care of my sweet friend!!
