Odds and Ends

Well, it's been a busy few weeks. The end of the school year always seems to be like that. We've been busy with kickball, and now baseball, sleepovers, end of the year parties, several field trips, along with the regular school, homework, speech, church, ect. It's been busy, but a fun busy! Here is a picture of Heidi and one of her best friends, Sherese. Last Friday Sherese came over after school and the girls road their bikes to a party that was nearby and then Sherese she spent the night. They had a good time! The girls aren't too thrilled with this picture of them first thing in the morning, but it's the only picture I got! ;)........Bed head....lol!

We received good news this week! We applied for "School of Choice" for the kids for next year. Right now the kids are in a small Christian school, which we love!! But, with Gracie starting kindergarten next year, we will have 3 kids in school, which means increased tuition. We've been praying about what to do next year for months! A few months ago we visited a small public school, which is about 6 miles from our home. I was really impressed with the school! Since we do not live in the district we had to apply for our children to attend there. Anyway, we just received word this week that we are in!! YAY!! It is extremely hard for us to leave our current school, but we have bathed this decision in prayer and have faith that this is where God wants us to be! We are praying for smooth transitions for all of the kids!

We received some heavy rain today. Jacob and Isaac sure did enjoy the big mud puddles the rain left in the driveway!
