Just a quick post tonight to share that we are in the midst of basketball, basketball and more basketball at our house. :) Jacob and Heidi are both playing this year and we are having fun watching them. It was very exciting at Heidi's first game last Thursday. This is Heidi's 4th year of basketball. We've been cheering her on for the past four years and she has been having a ton of fun.........all sports are really social activities for Heidi! ;) She's made several shots over the past four years, but none of them have seen their way through the hoop! Well, what a thrill it was last Thursday when Heidi scored the first basket of the first game of the season!!! :) YAY HEIDI!!!!! Of course, we were so very happy and proud! She scored two more points during the game and made several rebounds as well! Hip Hip HOORAY!
Of course, Jacob is having a ton of fun too! He's working on remebering that he HAS to dribble the ball if he wants to run with it. ;) I think he has the potential to be quite a good little player. He's a hustler that's for sure!
Gracie and Isaac are enjoying basketball because they know it means popcorn!!
