Back in the Saddle

TW Custom Wood Products is up and running again. This is our home business that we started back in 1994. We originally started it as a full time business when Tom was out of the Air Force briefly. After a short jaunt of doing it full time, it has continued on a part time basis. Obviously, Tom was unable to do anything in the shop while he was living and working in Maryland. A few years ago he was doing quite a bit of work for a fragrance company out of Detroit making fragrance displays. We have been blessed to be able to pick up this work again. The displays have been changed up a bit, but once we get rolling we should be able to kick them out fairly quickly and somewhat painlessly. ;) There are six different displays. It does require quite a bit of time on Tom's part, but we are thankful that the Lord is providing this work for us. If it stays steady it should help us dig out a bit financially. The layoff, unemployment and work away from home kicked us pretty hard in that department. Here are a couple of the displays to give you an idea of what they are like. This is the 120 hole fragrance display...obviously before the finish has been put on. This is the most time consuming display. We have one fragrance bottle in there to give you the idea. This would be filled with bottles and set on a countertop for display. We are not responsible for the bottles, just the display.

This is the incense stick display....and as you may guess to be filled with incense sticks. ;)

Right now we are working on an order of 44 displays. Thank You Lord!!

Love,
Wendy
