Frankenpumpkin and the Squashheads! :)
Yesterday was the judging for the school pumpkin/squash painting/decorating contest (no carving allowed). Each class has a winner for the cutest, the scariest, and the funniest. Frankenpumpkin was Jacob's entry. He was actually created from a volunteer pumpkin plant that came up in our woods. Pretty cool! Believe it or not Jacob was after SCARY! Hee Hee!! The squashheads were created from a couple of squashes intended for our consumption, but obviously not yet eaten. ;) Gracie's is purple and Isaac's red. They were both after FUNNY!The kids stormed off the school bus yesterday afternoon just beaming because they ALL won the prize for FUNNIEST creation of their class!! How cool is that??? I thought it was pretty dad gum cool myself! :) The prize was a full size candy bar. Jacob was quite surprised to win the funny award and not the scary award, but a candy bar is a candy bar. LOL!!!
