Miss Heidi Jo turned 18 on December 10. That's a big birthday isn't it?!! Yes it is! And it seems like such a short time ago that we celebrated her 2nd. birthday. It's bittersweet to watch her grown up. But the sadness I feel is for ME and not her. It's selfish really to feel sad and blue about it because for Heidi this is SUCH an exciting time. It's not sad at all!! Maybe a bit scary, but not sad. The future is bright and full of life, hope, newness and fun! But for now, we still have high school to complete. The next 5 months will be filled with life, hope, newness and fun! She is working hard and having a great time so far this year! We plan on savoring each and every day of the rest of it. The future will take care of itself. ;)
