Field Trip Time

 Sun beautiful SUN! It's always very welcome around these parts this time of year.  Gorgeous Michigan winter day! Great day for a tubing trip. The whole school hit the buses and headed for the hills this afternoon. A good time was had by all. :) Yesterday a reminder note was sent home about today's field trip. The last line of the note stated, "There is still a need for parents who would like to go help push the smaller children" Ha! That tickled me. So, I spent the afternoon pushing small children. Hee Hee.

Here is the first grade class. Do you spy little man...acting silly. ;) He was so excited when I arrived at the school this afternoon. He ran to me with open arms. I'm so enjoying this while it lasts because I know it won't last forever...sigh.. One of his friends said, "He REALLY likes his mom" Ha Ha Ha! Isaac raised up both of his hands in the air and said "Weeeeell, of course I do! That's my Mama!!!" What a character he is! Then one of his friends said, "He's the funny one. Is he funny at home too?" YES, he is! :)

Gracie Lou (no it's not her actual middle name, but I call her this often ;)  and her good friend Rowan. So much calmer than the boys were today. ;)

Jacob went tubing too, but he was on the big kid hill, much to Isaac's dismay. Trying to hang onto these moments. I know time is passing by so very quickly. I had a blast with my kiddos today! :)
